The Solution

I architected a secure Operations ERP in Laravel. The system automatically computes employee wages based on check-in logs, coordinates site expenditures, tracks material costs, and manages live payroll ledgers directly.

Key Features

Salary wage calculations Processes daily check-in/check-out logs to automatically calculate wages for construction workers. Accounts for overtime rates and automatically deducts advances, eliminating manual math errors.
Construction project tracking Enables project managers to log project progress milestones, upload site photos, and document delays. Ensures home office staff are always aware of construction phase statuses.
Expense & income ledgers A digital ledger that registers daily site expenses, material purchases, and client payments. Helps accountants verify that project spending aligns with the designated budget.
Site operations dashboard A unified view summarizing active sites, worker counts, and resource allocations. Used by directors to deploy personnel and tools where they are needed most.
Staff roles & permission gates Secures ERP access by assigning roles such as Site Supervisor, Accountant, and Project Manager. Restricts sensitive payroll and profit reports to authorized personnel only.
