Problem: A major Kozhikode tuition center managed exam sheets and student attendance logs on physical folders. Parents lacked instant visibility on marks, and student tracking was slow.

Solution: I architected Caliber Edu Hub's management system. Developed exam modules to enter, index, and calculate student grades, complete with attendance logs and parent sms notifications.

Problem: Retail Pro POS systems used by supermarkets and restaurants in Dubai were operating offline at branch level. Business owners and management teams lacked centralized analytics, live sales visibility, and unified reporting across multiple stores. Manual report collection created delays in inventory decisions, revenue tracking, and operational monitoring.

Solution: Rashad Poovannur designed and developed a Laravel-powered Admin SaaS Dashboard that connects offline Retail Pro POS systems into a centralized reporting platform. The system uses secure API-based synchronization channels to collect sales, inventory, and branch-level data from multiple business locations into a unified analytics engine. Custom reporting widgets and enterprise dashboards were developed to provide real-time business intelligence for Retail Pro customers.
